I have a dell inspiron 1521. my lcd won’t turn on. however, i can see the web page faintly while i am using a external monitor. any thought s on the problem??

i have dell inspiron 1545, my laptop fell on a hard tiled floor with open screen ,it is giving haphazard zigzag pink blue lines ,i am not a computer person so dont know how to check, pls help

Hello
I have an LENOVO lcd “L192 Wide TFT Monitor”with a
trouble in it’s power supply .
The 12 volts output is o.k. – but the 5 volts output is flickering on and off .
I’ve changed all the electrolitic cappacitors and yet-the
problem is still there.
Can you help?

External monitor cannot work well, you’d better call the aftersales or go to fix-it shop to check what the problem.

I have a compaq CQ60-615DX notebook. I dropped the laptop about 6 in from the ground and the screen changed to partial distorted colors and lines. If I plug it into a a monitor, it works. I’m assuming I need a whole new LCD screen, however, how do I know what size to order???? Help, so I can order this from you. Does the part come with instructions?

Note book fell off couch and hit hard wood floor. No external damage. After boot up screen has yellow and black vertical stripes. Connected to external monitor. Can see Windows XP start and then blank on external monitor. Do I need to replace the screen?

I have a Toshiba E205. The screen was cracked due to being stepped on. It was still useable, but annoying. I purchased a new screen but when I hooked it up and turned it on the screen was black. It would then get a large vertical line down the middle, but no image. If I used the keyboard to sign into my desktop (as if I had image) the screen would change to a thin vertical white line down the middle of the black screen. I put my cracked screen back on to see if it was just a faulty new screen and now the old one does the same thing. I’m not sure what I did wrong.

Hi,

I have an ASUS F9sg laptop. The lcd screen at first started become blurry and now it cannot even shown anything. When I on the laptop, the screen only shows a blank white screen at first and then follow by a vertical lines of rainbow colour screen.

I think external VGA works cos I successfullly reformatted my com thru there. After reformatting the problem seems solved but few hours later, the problem comes back again.

Whats wrong?

As the external screen works fine, it’s very likely that your screen has problem.
