How to choose a laptop

“I should have not chosen this laptop”, this is complain we often hear when friends buy a laptop, but how to choose a laptop.  Now, I’d like to share some tips:

Laptop Memory Location
The system board is the essential part of the laptop. You should be clear about the laptop system board before you make the decision whether to buy it. Some modern notebooks have memory integrated on the system board but offer only one extra memory slot to expand the memory size, which cause inconvenient when the memory is bad or you want to upgrade your laptop in the future. So, if you plat to, make sure that your laptop has both memory slots available for upgrade. Ask a sales person for details.
Sound System
Sound system is important for the music lovers. Check it before you buy the laptop.
USB Port Location
Check the location of the USB port. Make sure that USB ports are not located too close to each other, because some older USB devices are big.
Keyboard
Choose the right keyboard, which would influence your mood when you use your laptop, at least for me.
Laptop Warranty
Laptop is not a cup or wallet; you would not throw it away when it is broken. Therefore, make sure the warranty of the laptop.
