The real “mini”– Sony VAIO W series netbook

Though the appearancene of netbook is always a controversial topic, many people do not believe the mini laptops, however, it flourishes with an unbelievable speed, almost every laptop manufacturer produces netbook now (Apple seems a little conceited). Recently, Sony has released their first netbook—VAIO W series, which realizes the real “mini”.

Launched in 18th Jul 2009, Sony VAIO W series products are configured with Intel Atom N280 processor, 1GB RAM and a 160GB hard drive. Besides, there’s Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, webcam for video chatting and so on. With dimensions 10.5″ x 7.1″ x 1.3″, the W-Series are also impressive for their 1366×768 LED backlit display.
