How to Deal With Laptop Screen With Multicolor or Gray Lines ?

The laptop screen is garbled with multicolor or gray lines, or when moving the laptop, the screen gets garbled. If you want to konw something like that, there are some tips on this issue.
There may be connection problems. First you can check that if the video cable connects well with the LCD screen by unplugging and repluging the video cable on the back of the LCD and on the system board. In some cases, the problem will get done. If it does not, you may try to check that if the video card makes good contact with the slot on the motherboard. Reconnecting the video card and testing the laptop. It is also possible the connection issue about memory module and motherboard.
If there is not the problem of connection, you may check the video cable and LCD screen. You can move the video cable without moving the LCD screen, if the garbled video changes, the video cable may be bad. Replace the video cable. On the contrary, moving the LCD screen without moving the video cable, if the sreen image changes, it is the problem of the screen and replace it.
If the problem is still, you can connect the LCD screen to an external monitor. If the external monitor has garbled image too, it may be that the motherboard is bad or the video card is bad. In many laptops, the video card can not be replaced from the motherboard. If the video card fails, you should replace the motherboard too.
