First, if you look very closely and very carefully at the Lenovo Ideapad mouse, there is a little dark red metallic luster on the genuine mouse, while the fake mouse looks dim and dark. And the logo “Lenovo” on the true mouse is in the color of silver gray instead of the black which is usually on the fake Lenovo mouse.

Second, the original Lenovo mouse is in better quality which can be identified easily. For example, there is little gap on the cover of Lenovo Ideapad S10 mouse, while the gap is obvious on the fake Ideapad Mouse.
Third,, the most important thing to identify the true mouse from the fake mouse is the Optical Lens. You can identify them clearly; the Optical Lens on the genuine mouse is only half length of the fake one, and the Optical Lens is in the middle of the gap, and it is tilted in the end. The Optical Lens on the fake mouse is very common.
