I don’t know whether Dell in the US is different to here (UK) but I bought a Dell desktop XPS machine 30 months ago and it’s been fantastic. Excellent design, solid construction and totally reliable.

I’ve recommended them to several people who went on to buy one and no-one I know has had any problems with them. My brother bought an Apple laptop and it’s been a heap of junk, even had a graphics card burn out.

This yes, but it’s still a Dell which is code word for”unreliable trash”.

Thinnest and lightest mean nothing when it doesn’t work for long.

That’s why Lenovos and Apples cost more. They are worth is not not cheap junk.
