Do you know which laptop is the thinnest, lightest business laptop with largest screen in the notebook market? The answer is the Dell Latitude Z600 ! The laptop also comes with some nice features not normally seen in its category.

How thinnest, lightest the Dell Latitude Z600 is in the notebook market? The Dell Latitude Z600 features a 16-inch screen with the tickness of 0.57 inches, and the Z600 just weighs 4.5 pounds with the standard 4-cell battery. The size of the sreen is the biggest for the moment, and the 16-inch widescreen is with the resolution of 1600-by-900-pixel.

Although the Z600 is thin, it has enough room for 2 USB ports on the chassis, one of which doubles as an eSATA port. There’s also a DisplayPort, an Ethernet jack, and a combined headphone/headset connector. While it lacks an ExpressCard slot or memory card slot.

The Dell Latitude Z600 is in the color of black cherry. The laptop comes with a full size keyboard, each key stands alone, and scalloped. The keyboard is with a backlit, it will illuminate when you are in a dim surrounding. you’ll find volume controls parked above the keyboard, plus an instant-on shortcut button–more on the latter in a minute. It also has a touchpad which can multi-touch gestures.

The Dell Latitude Z600 has a neat feature that its screen is an edge touch screeen. Dell’s TouchEdge LCD sensor technology replaces the need to clutter the machine with many shortcuts, and there are corresponding touch sensors for each of the shortcuts. Just tap an indent near the bottom of the panel, and it pulls up an overlay of application shortcuts. Tap the frame, and it launches whatever program you configure. You must love it.

Another neat feature about the Dell Latitude Z600 is the wireless laptop charging base station. It’s similar to technology used in the Palm Pre and its Touchstone charger which no cords are required to charge the Z600. The other (but slightly less sexy) wireless option is a docking station. It has four USB 2.0 ports, along with DVI-out video, headphone, and mic outputs.

Do you want to get online faster and also save more battery life? If you do, the The Dell Latitude Z600 will be your choice. The Dell Latitude ON allows you surf the internet with its separate ARM CPU, 512MB of RAM, and Wi-Fi connection. You can access your e-mail, calendar, and contacts with 3G WWAN.

How wonderful the Dell Latitude Z600 is. It will bring us to a climax in the laptop market.
